How to convert JPG to PDF

Why people need this
The usual reason is that an organisation will only accept a PDF. Banks, insurers, universities and government portals routinely reject a folder of JPGs but accept a single PDF containing exactly the same pages. Photographing a document with a phone and converting it is faster than finding a scanner, and for most purposes the result is just as readable.
Common cases: photographs of a signed contract, a stack of receipts for an expense claim, damage photos for an insurance claim, or a passport and utility bill submitted together as proof of address.
Quality and page size
Photos are embedded at their original resolution — nothing is recompressed or resized, so text in a photographed document stays as sharp as the photo was. Each page takes the proportions of its image rather than being forced onto a fixed A4 sheet, so a receipt does not arrive surrounded by white space.
If the resulting PDF is too large to email, compress the photos first and then convert.
Your files stay on your device
Most online converters upload your files to a server, process them there, and promise to delete them afterwards. This one never uploads your files. The conversion uses your browser’s own capabilities, so there is no server that could receive them — which matters when the pages are contracts, medical letters or identity documents.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser using your device's own processor. Your photos never leave the device, which is why the tool keeps working after you disconnect from the internet.
Does converting reduce the quality of my photos?
No. Each image is embedded in the PDF at its original resolution. The file size of the PDF is therefore roughly the combined size of the photos you added.
What page size does the PDF use?
Each page matches the proportions of the photo on it. A photo taken in portrait becomes a portrait page, and a wide photo becomes a wide page, so nothing is cropped and no white bars are added.
How many photos can I convert at once?
Up to 50 images in one PDF. Very large batches of high-resolution photos may run out of memory on older phones, in which case convert them in two goes.
